  • Lumi is designed with a strong privacy posture
  • All processing and data is handled on-device
  • Cloud features if ever added will be optional and disclosed in‑app with no intent to acquire data

Lumi Widget

  • Lumi Widget operates with Shadow DOM isolation for privacy protection
  • No data is collected or transmitted by the widget itself
  • Chat interactions are handled by the hosting website's own systems
  • Widget positioning preferences are stored locally in the user's browser

Nanny Ledger

  • Nanny Ledger stores entries locally unless you export or sync
  • PDFs/CSVs you generate are yours to keep
  • Apple's Cloudkit handles syncing and sharing between devices
